Hello! My name is Niara. (Pronounced Near-uh) It's very nice to meet you. Thank you for visiting my website. Not sure how we met, but here is a brief overview of the things I do. I am a Chef, Real Estate Agent, Financial and Business Strategist, and Travel enthusiast. All of these things work together. I am a classically trained chef with a degree in Food Service Management and cooking is my passion. As you will see below, My catering company was active from 2016-2020. I shut it down before we got into the thick of the pandemic, so I wouldn't lose a ton of money trying to maintain it during the global economic shift. Before the pandemic hit, I was looking for a commercial space to host my cooking classes and I stumbled upon the beautiful world of real estate. The decline of the hospitality industry, lead me to pursue a new career path in the world of real estate. As I worked with clients on every side of the real estate industry, I noticed that there were some gaps in the financial realm. It made so much sense to marry the two. To qualify for various forms of housing, you need to meet financial requirements. To help clients reach their financial goals, I became a financial and business strategist. Now the travel part is actually just my personal yet profitable hobby which happens to circle back to my love of food.  I just love to travel. I have even lived and studied abroad.
